Exciting opportunities with KPO!

After conquering the outsourcing segment in New England (USA), Sunbelt Business Solutions previously known as Sunbelt Outsourcing has entered a new and exciting phase. As a natural progression from BPO to KPO, Sunbelt Business Solutions is now focusing its effort in catering niche market, especially small business units which are generally ignored in the outsourcing opportunities.

As part of the Business Development Team and especially as a new entrant in the team, it’s exciting seeing the various strategies and tools adopted to strengthen the brand and create awareness. From using various business networking groups, direct marketing, media and PR opportunities, and of course online blogging, the war to establish a strong foothold in the market and establishing a strong brand is going on aggressively.

KPO Service in India

The experiences I have had so far made me realize that all young aspirants, who are just beginning their career graph, must and should work with a start up organization or one who is in transition phase. The load of opportunities and responsibilities you will be exposed to is unlimited. You can fully utilize your potentials and come up with innovative ideas to be part of the growth, give oxygen to your leadership qualities, be resourceful, creative, and become a problem solver or choose to be a passive observant and carry on with your routine life. The choice lies within each of us! The amount of satisfaction and appreciation when you see your efforts bearing fruits is indescribable and instantaneous in small firms.

I believe everyone should start from small companies wherein you are expected to roll up your sleeves and get down to doing whatever needs to be done. The amount of exposure to learning opportunities and growth is tremendous. These opportunities get diluted when you are just a small cog in a very large organization.

Would love to hear from all you youngistanees out there, about what they think about staring career in small firms vs. large organizations. Share your experiences, especially if you have worked in upcoming KPO sectors and the opportunities and hindrances faced.
